RMPA’s 2027 Convention

We are excited to be heading back to Salt Lake City, Utah, for our annual convention in 2027!

Save the dates: April 1-3, 2027

Our conference will begin at noon on Thursday, April 1, with the Portenier-Wertheimer Teaching Conference. There will be workshops, symposia, and teaching take-outs, as well as a keynote teaching talk at 2 pm.
Psi Chi will also provide sessions for students on Thursday afternoon, including a session on “Convention Tips and Tricks.” Psi Chi students have an opportunity to participate in a local service project on Thursday morning. Psi Chi’s programming for students will continue on Friday and Saturday.
To officially kick off the main part of the conference, there will be a keynote address at 5 pm on Thursday, April 1, followed by a social hour.
Invited talks, poster presentations, oral presentations, symposia, and workshops will be scheduled throughout the day on April 2 and 3, and our schedule usually goes from 8 am to 5:30 pm on Friday and from 8 am to 7 pm on Saturday.
The Rocky Mountain Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.
Our conference ends on Saturday with the Business Meeting and Reception, 5:30 - 7:00 pm. We will have appetizers and drinks while RMPA’s executive committee conducts some business, including announcing that year’s award winners. We hope you can join us!
